Above and following is a behind the scenes look at the construction of the lovely Hansel and Gretel Subdivision created by Sagers & Company Real Estate, Ltd. A deliberate effort by the Utah-based company is being made to ensure the subdivision remains fairytale-friendly, and a spokesman stated that cynics and non-believers are definitely not welcome here!
